In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the 86bos platform is conditional upon meeting all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum and is not subject to any exception. 86bos reserves the right to request government-issued identification to confirm your age at any time.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using online gambling services is not expressly prohibited by applicable law at the time of play.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, cooling-off register, or similar responsible gaming mechanism, whether voluntarily or by operator instruction.

4. Identity Verification (KYC): 86bos reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during the account lifecycle, including but not limited to: government-issued photo ID (national identity card or passport), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe specified by 86bos will have withdrawal privileges suspended until the process is completed.
5. Account Non-Transferability: Accounts, account balances, and any associated bonus entitlements are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, gift, or otherwise transfer your account or any benefit thereof to any third party.

All financial transactions on the 86bos platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms govern the deposit and withdrawal process:

Accepted Payment Methods: 86bos supports deposits and withdrawals via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, and QRIS. Deposits:

The following rules apply to all game categories and betting markets available on the 86bos platform:
